Working within a dedicated Transformation Office, you will play a critical role in supporting portfolio governance, delivery oversight, reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement activities across a significant organisational transformation agenda.
There are two specific focus streams that the position will focus on; Governance, Risk & Benefits and Delivery Enablement & Engagement.
The position will provide the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and governance bodies to support informed decision-making and successful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support governance, planning, reporting, and performance monitoring activities across the transformation portfolio
- Develop and maintain portfolio management frameworks, templates, registers, schedules, roadmaps, and delivery artefacts
- Coordinate governance forums, workshops, working groups, and stakeholder meetings
- Prepare high-quality executive briefs, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action logs
- Maintain portfolio dashboards, reporting products, and performance metrics to support executive oversight
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery progress across transformation initiatives
- Support benefits management activities, including KPI tracking, benefits reporting, and outcome measurement
- Provide analysis and forward-looking insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Build strong relationships across business, project, and corporate teams to support successful delivery outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen portfolio management and delivery capability
- Experience supporting transformation, PMO, portfolio, program, governance, or project delivery functions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of high-quality executive documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build productive working relationships across diverse teams
- Sound analytical capability with experience interpreting information, identifying trends, and supporting informed decision-making
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong digital literacy and confidence using reporting, collaboration, and portfolio management tools
- Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively in evolving environments
- AGSVA Baseline clearance is mandatory- NV1 preferred
- Contract through until October 2027
